Meeting held on Thursday 16th August 2012, 7.30pm
1. Present: Ray, Hilary, Joan, Graham, Joy, Mike, Joe, Ted, Roy, Steve. Apologies from Ieuan & Diane.
2. Minutes of meeting on 21st June read and passed.
3. Matters arising:
Contracts for the repairs had been agreed with the insurers, after receiving tenders.
The wooden flooring in the main hall – Capital Flooring
Carpeting - D M Davies
Painting & decorating - E W & G E Davies
Members selected colours of carpets, paint etc.
Rainbow Cleaning had almost finished drying out the floors etc. They have to certify the drying process before the next stage can be carried out.
Capital Flooring stipulated that no-one must walk on the new floor until they have given clearance.
Ted recommended that floor coverings be laid to the changing rooms first, so that the Football Club can use them.
Neil Cooke had checked the electrics for the sum of £35, the gas had been checked free of charge.
Meeting closed at 8.30 pm.
