Special meeting held at the Hall on 28th July 2011

 

This meeting was called to consider the charges to the Football Club for the use of the changing rooms & outdoor areas.

 

After some discussion it was decided to increase the charges to £17 per home game (friendly or league), and to inform them that they must buy tokens in advance for the lights on the MUGA.

 

They were also to be told to advise the caretaker of the dates and time of matches, and to inform him of any cancellations.  

 

This should avoid the problem of any unexpected bills.

 

Joy agreed to write to the Football Club in the absence of the Secretary, Joan.
