5. Electrics:  Ray outlined Davies & Cooke’s report. MUGA – the contract for the original work was between Dilwyn Owen, the builder, and the lighting company.  Ray had managed to find out who they were, and contacted them with Davies & Cooke’s report. Main Hall – Davies & Cooke quoted £4780 + VAT for rewiring and replacing items as necessary. The total estimate for electrical works was around £8000.  Ray will enquire if any grants available, and obtain other quotes (3 will be needed for any grant application).

6. Maintenance:  Ted will decorate the Hall during the quiet Christmas period.

7. MUGA:  Ray had agreed with Peter Fleming to erect temporary sterling board until the proper rebound boards can be erected.

8.  Grass cutting:  Ted had cut the grass around the picnic area and playground, and members thanked him for this.  The Football Club have not yet cut the shrubs around the oil tank.

 9.  Website:  Graham reported on progress so far.  He has set up a site for the Football Club.  Eve Smith wanted to set up her own site, and Graham agreed in return for a commission on sales. He has collected £280 to date.  He has also added a note to the booking form for the hall, to state that a deposit may be requested for full day bookings, to cover cleaning or breakages etc.

10.  Any other business:  Graham suggested that the hallway needed carpet or such on the floor.
